Back or Hip pain

Hey

I am having really sore pain in my lower back / hip ?? not sure exactly what it is, but have had bother with my lower back before.

it is right at my bum on the left hand side just below the base of my spine.

and its back when I have been sittig for a while, gets better when I stand up and walk about, its not sore when I get up in the mornig, like I have had before with back problems.

Do you think this could be anything to do with being Pregnant? I have heard your mussles etc change??

hi i have this too.
i do an office job and find mine is worse during the week then at weekends,as i am sat in one position for hours at my desk.
i try and get up and walk about abit,quite easy with the amount of wee's i have to do!!
mine is my lower back rather then at the side though.

I've had a similar thing. First in the left side and then on the right. I think i sneezed too hard and pulled something on the right for that one!

But, yes, you're right all the muscles are relaxing and things moving about down there, its apparently very easy to overstrain and hurt something!
