back pain ouch!!

Hi everyone! hope evryones well. just having a bit of a moan i suppose! my back has been absolute agony all day especially lower down, i know it wont be labour cos shes always teasing me but what can i do to make it stop!! tried a warm bath and paracetomol and having no effect, im 37+3 today. thanks any advice appreciated xx

Have you tried a hot water bottle? Deepheat or deepfreeze that type of thing? It might help a bit for you. Hope things feel better soon

Do you have a big bump? Often back pain can come from standing up and supporting your bump. Try and stay off your feet for a bit and try Nicki's suggestions
