ah right, I got you now I was lucky in that I didnt have stitches or anything but I had to have a ventouse (trust me if you think you cant go on pushing like I did after two and a half hours and fifteen in labour! PUSH HARDER!! lol)

I had gas and air after the meptid started wearing off and the guy who was going to give me the epidural was runnng late (again I didnt want gas and air but the first midwife out of three that I had in the end cause I was so long in labour was horrible and kept telling me to have it, I was making some noise mind lol!) and then when I was going through the actual pushing then they were telling me to have gas and air.
