back from A and E...

2 O CLOCK yesterday i had the most excruciating pains across my stomache. after 2 hours and it not settling, i went to hospital.
they did blood tests, urine, internal scans and said that my womb is tightly shut so not miscarriage thank god...
they think it was stretching pains made really bad because i have a lot of scar tissue on my stomache from previous surgeries when i was younger.
has anyone else had this?

have a scan at epau tomorrow morning, and my nuchal scan tomorrow afternoon...

Oh u poor thing! Stretching pains can be really uncomfortable so cant imagine the pain if uv scar tissue on top of that
FX for ur scan but In sure all is fine xxx

Oh bless u! Good news ur womb is tightly closed! Scar tissue is quite tough babe so I am sure that is all it is!

I def had some awful stretching pains in tri one and into tri 2 that had me doubled over in pain!! Once they passed though I was fine x I asked my mum who's had 5 and she said it's totally normal!! x I occasionally still get them xxx

Oh hun, you poor thing! At least it's all positive news though, didn't the hospital suggest anything to reduce the pain? Great news your getting a scan tomorrow Xx

they wanted to put me on morphine!! i dont take anything anyway, only natural stuff so wouldn't have it.... wasn't sure it was safe for baby anyway... xxx

Morphine? Really? That really can't be safe for the baby can it???
