Back again exactly a year later!

Its a while since I've been here, hope I get tostay and chat for a while this time. I've had 3 miscarriages in the last year, the first was a year today and today is the first day of my missed period with a BFP!!!!
My boobs are very sore & also does anyone know if the nauseous feeling can start this early, it didn't for me the first time until about 7 weeks. Thanks ladies
