Back ache?

Is it normal to have backache at 9 weeks pregnant???

I've had it on and off for a few days now but today I've only been in work an hour and half and my lower back is killing me.

Think I might have to get DH give me a nice rub down when I get home tonight...

I had backache from around 8 weeks or so. I know you've seen the 'Back Pain' thread in tri 2 and there are some really good tips in there.

I was buying a girft voucher for a friend at The Body Shop the other day and noticed that among the treatments they offer at ours, there is a pregnancy massage - although it can only be done from 4 months onwards. I think getting your hubby to give you a rub is a great idea
