Hey. So I'm constantly being told by my MW that baby Should be head down by now and she makes me feel a bit shit about it. I constantly worry about it now.
Although every other professional is Telling me that he still has time to move.
When did your babies move from head up to head down?
I'm 30+5 today
At my last scan (30 weeks) I was told they won't even call it breech at this point

Hey LullaBell, my little boy was in all kinds of positions, breech, transverse and oblique until 38 weeks. They only started to pay real attention to it from 36 weeks with increased monitoring, plans for a c section if needed etc. At 38 weeks he turned by himself and I’m happy to report he did come out that way! (Although back to back) Your midwife shouldn’t be making you feel worried st this point, I’m sorry she’s making you feel bad, there’s still time xx

Thats silly of her. My baby was breech till about a week ago (35 weeks). Babies turn! Youve got loads of time still, hope she stops making you feel bad.

I wouldn't start getting concerned until around 37-38 weeks. They can turn the baby pretty easily anyway in most cases x

Okay thanks ladies, I think I just need to put on my big girl pants and tell her shes making me nervous! She always just gives my belly a disapproving face and starts banging on about how hes going to be a pain!

She sounds like a cow. Some midwives are, I had one like that with DD, they make you feel like an inconvenience for making them do their jobs!

My last baby was sideways until almost 37 weeks when he was born. They refused to try and turn him until 37, but he decided to come a day early so too late for that! At the labour, midwife said he's in a perfect head down position. He wasn't at all, and arrived foot and bottom first. Don't let them mess you around.

Are you able to get a different MW at this stage? I for one would get shot of anyone who wasn't being constructive, especially when the nerves had started to set in lol.
