We are so confused!
We have a 9.5 week old who is rather long and has pretty much outgrown his Moses basket. We are hoping to put him in his cot in the next week or two and have been looking to buy sleeping bags/grobags for this purpose. He currently sleeps under one doubled over cellular blanket with a doubled over sheet underneath it when it is colder. He wears a vest and an all in one to bed. Our room is generally 16-20 degrees but obviously we are heading towards (hopefully!) warmer weather so this may change. We are really struggling to work out which tog rating to buy. The first size is 0-6 month. He will be 6 months old at the end of June and trying to predict what the British weather will do is pretty impossible but we don't want to waste money, so for those of you in the know and with more experience than us we'd love to know:
- what tog rating for this time of year?
- what does your baby wear underneath?
- when do you change to your summer weight bag?
- anything else we need to know/consider before we buy?
Thanks!
