baby movements?

Hi everyone hope we're all ok

I've been feeling the baby move since about 14 weeks and the last 7 weeks or so they're really strong and frequent, about six or more times a day but the last few days he's been really quiet

I've only had one soft kick today and that was after a lot of provoking.....
Am I just worrying for nothing because he's usually so active or should I be worrying?

babies tend to go through growth spurts where they all of a sudden go quiet.

I had one around 24 weeks where she went quiet for a few days also she was quite quiet yesterday as well, but is making up for it today.

See how it goes tomorrow, if your LO is still really quiet I would suggest counting kicks through the day and make sure you get at least 10 at your stage. If you are not getting that just give your midwife a call and let her know that you have reduced fetal movements. She will probably suggest you see her so she can listen to the baby on the doppler.

when i saw my midwife this week she said u dont need to be monitering movement until 28 weeks ....
