Baby movements before labour

Can any of you lovely mummies tell me what your babies movements were like in the run up to labour??

I have heard that they kind of slow down a bit??

Nope! Charley was still wiggling before and during labour! I heard they slow down too so I didn't believe I was in labour cos he was still kicking away! Even after I'd delivered his head, I could still feel him wiggling inside me, that was freaky!!

Mine slowed down a lot, they were still strong but just less frequent. As long as you feel movement still, everything should be ok. X

I didn't notice any reduction in movement with Ella... i think as with everything else pregnancy related, everyone's different!

Kieron didn't slow down at all...was kicking me right through to delivery xx

Movements can slow down due to running out of wriggle room, but I like to think its baby getting ready for the big day
