How old were your little ones when you stopped feeding them baby jars?

ive just stpped in the past week with Thomas as now he can eat everything we do very well.
for example i no if i give him a bit of beef he will chew it well without chocking and he can manage a breast of chicken he pulls it apart to eat himself :)

Becky never really had jars but she has been eating what we've been eating since about 6 and a half months. Now she's an old pro

I've never used them. We did baby led weaning (BLW) which means that baby starts weaning at 6 months and starts with food that you and I would eat (chip shaped to enable grip to begin with i.e. steamed veg sticks, toast etc).
