babies movements

can anyone tell me if the babys movements can be felt at 13 weeks plus this is my 4th pregnancy

I felt my baby move at 15 weeks, this is my first baby

i felt this one move at 14 weeks and this is my 5th

I started to become aware of some movement at around 13 weeks, but I think if I had not been pregnant before I would have dismissed it as wind.
I didn't start getting proper kick type movement till nearer 18 weeks

yes, I got small movements about that time (2nd baby) More strain on me this time too.
