awe I need help

So I had my little girl 3 weeks an 2 days ago.
I had a forcep delivery an needed forceps an ended up with a 3rd tear.
I've been bleeding for past 2days when I go to the toilet. Sorry to much info but the pooh is covered in blood.
Midwife said my stitches had healed 10days ago.
I only bled for a week after delivery.
I have also got mastitis an feel like a miserable b*tch
