Average size for a 20 week scan?

What's the average size of baba at 20 week, head to bum? Forgot to ask at the scan. Our wee one is 178mm. I expected it to be longer?

i think head to bum is still about 6 inches? its the legs that are growing longer so if you had measured head to feet it would have been a lot bigger about 10 inches i think

Just did a conversion:

178 millimeters = 7.00787402 inches

Not so little after all!

i have no idea my second scan was at 22 weeks

They didn't measure mine- this is standard procedure where I am because of the difficulty in taking the measurement- baby's too curled up to be really accurate. Big or small as long as you are both healthy, it doesn;t really matter- especially at this stage.

It matters to me, but only because I know I haven't been able to eat properly.

I was worried about not getting enough of the right stuff in me to help baby grow enough.
