My booking appointment is at the doctors surgery so I won't have my first scan then it will be a couple of weeks later at least at the hospital as I'll be 9 weeks at my booking appointment.

I’ve told my OH and 4 of my girl friends! He doesn’t know I’ve told them though lol! Going to my aunts tomorrow for the night and she knows we’ve been trying so I know she will ask and I’m a terrible liar!!!

I've just told a colleague at work too as she's organised the work do and I've just said I'm not drinking next week I'm driving and she gave me the look and I couldn't resist but say!!

was walking my little boy and his friend, who is our neighbour, home from school and his wee pal told me he’s going to be a big brother and he’s so excited! When we got home my son said ‘I’m really happy for him but it’s just so unfair when’s it going to be my turn to be a brother?’
I cannot waaaait to tell him!!!!!!
good job I’m pregnant or he would have made me feel terribly guilty lol xxx

But what a lovely age tho.
My son is a July baby and all of a sudden he keeps talking about his 4th Birthday.
I said yesterday it’s like 8 months away and his reply was “just one 8 months” haha he doesn’t have a clue! xx

My son is also July! 7th!

hahahahhaa that is so cute! Love kids! In school today one of the p1s said ‘if your naughty Santa brings you coal and no one likes that... except for train drivers. They love coal’! So cute!

When you go to your first appointment is that when u have the 1st scan? If so mines on the 30th

Not sure where you live but up north you get 2 appointments. Your first a booking in appointment anywhere from 8 weeks and then you also get a scan but that is normally after your booking in appointment. For me both of these have to be at the hospital but then after if not a high risk pregnancy your appointments to see midwife can be at a local doctors where a midwife is but not necessarily at your own doctors just where the midwife is based... Everywhere can be different though I imagine xxx

That's great you can have it at doctors surgery. My doctors takes nothing to do with it. They just give a general number for all the local hospitals and phone to make the 2 appointments from there. Xxx

That is so sweet! My daughter has told me many times she wants a little sister, especially the last few day! She’ll be so excited! I’m not sure how she’ll cope if it’s a boy though!

Hahaha or maybe you will see how much he loves it and you might want another before him hahaha . My OH would like as many as possible but I am getting older and if we are lucky enough to have this baby not sure at all. If younger would have loved 3. Xxx
