Arnica Stick

Hiya

Now that Evie is crawling everywhere and attempting to walk she has the occasional bump... I was wondering if I can use an arnica stick on her bruises??? It says on the stick not suitable for children under 3 surely if it's all natural ingredients it'll be ok?

I might get my wrists slapped for this but I bought one anyway and have used it on Clark for about 2 months now, his bumps hardly ever make it to bruises and even if they do they are smaller than they would have been otherwise, I dont put much on, but it works a treat!
