Argos repairs

Has anyone had anything repaired or replaced under the Argos warranty?

I got a Nintendo DS late last year and it started to freeze and stuff so I took it back last month and was told it would be about 16 days til I got it back.

I still havent heard anything and I cant find a number to ring that will help me

I have bought mobile phones from Argos before that kept freezing but they just replaced them straight away - hmm

There are certain items that have a repair facility on them and others are a straight forward replacement
