i always thought when i was little that name-choosing would be the most fun thing about being pregnant- its not!

i just cant make my mind up, neither can my boyf and even when we sort of do then we cant agree on it! then theres that niggling feeling that maybe during the scans the baby was hiding something and it might be a surprise boy, in which case we're even more stumped because boys names are even harder to choose.
also we've still not decided whose surname to use.

only 10 weeks left! anyone else tearing their hair out??!!!

yep that's how we are.. i thought it would be sooooooooo easy..... well it's not, we can't agree either but i think we have finally chosen Amelie as a name for her thank god.

and funny enough my hubby was like i think it's a boy.... na i know it's a girl... but could you imagine :?

Aww bless you it is sooo hard! We argued so much about it! Every name I picked he didn't like and in the end I liked one on his list!
Neeko i think Emelie is a beautiful name by the way! :)

We were bought a book by our friend and read through it if we both agreed we liked a name it went on the shortlist. but to be honest there was only one name that ever seemed right for our Little boy where girls we had a few we really liked and would of been hard to choose

Eve and Jasmine were pretty much top of our list

It was the same for us.......especially as like you said boys names are so much harder.
Dan was 4 weeks early so we thought we had a bit more time. It still took us 3 weeks to name him

I have the same problem. I really like "Freddie" for our LO but OH doesn't want it as a first name because it's my dad's name (although he's ok about using it as a middle name).

At the beginning we had decided on either Aidan or Naithan but now I'm thinking I'd like something else  Maybe it's my pregnancy brain being unable to decide?! :D

We are struggling for a boy's name too, is so hard isn't it! every time we think of one we talk ourselves out of using it - there is always something wrong, like the initials spell something dodge, or we think of someone who has the name we wold not want our child associated with etc.... !!
I think we are thinking too hard about it. We even google the name we have and make a judgement on other people who come up with the same name - even if they are not famous!

We're having a surprise so its gonna be even harder also because I'm Irish and DH is English we want one Irish and one English name for each we've had a few go's at shuffling through names but keep putting it off cos its gonna be a nightmare. Boys names are definitely harder to decide on.
