has anyone tried either of these? how did you find them?
i want to do a bit more excersize and love to swim but cant find any classes.

I go to aquanatal every week and its brilliant, i did it when i was pregnant with my little man so i asked the midwife whether it was still available. Well worth asking your mw hunny x x
I've started pilates and I really enjoy it. It's low impact and good for core muscle strengthening -apparently good for posture during pregnancy and might help me not get a bad back. Also tightens pelvic floor muscles which is good for after the baby is born and might stop the urinary incontinence from happening FX! xx
