Glad I’m not the only one feeling irritable today! I feel sorry for my colleagues having to work with me today, because I was in such a foul mood! And working in customer service doesn’t make things any easier haha. The worst part is that I can’t even explain to them why I’m so moody because no one at work knows I’m pregnant except for my boss! Ha! I hope everyone feels better soon! Xx

Gosh you’ve told your boss already?! I’m not telling work till after 12 week scan if I can avoid it! I’ve just asked for a new job title so wanted to do that at least before I tell them.

Does anyone else have symptoms coming and going? I’m only 4+2 so probably too early for real symptoms anyway but have had nausea coming and going, today I have had none really

I’m not doing too badly on the symptom front yet, constantly tired and boobs are starting to inflate but otherwise just the odd bout of nausea.

I sort of had to tell my boss because my hours are’nt very flexible and because of my heart condition I’m going to be going for lots of extra scans and check ups, so I thought it would be better she know now incase I have to go to appts. etc. And also incase I need to sit down during the day I don’t want her to wonder what I’m doing randomly skiving my job Aside from that only very very close family know, no one else. I’m not telling anyone else til 12 weeks xx

Anyone told anyone else yet? Only me and my OH know so far, I’m not planning on telling anyone else until 12 week scan I think, partly because I’d be terrified of something going wrong again and having to un-tell people, and partly cos I want to spring a surprise on everyone!

On another note I’ve woke up so ratty this morning, need to get out of this bad mood!

I was about ready to blurt it out at work this morning as they are talking about redundancies . S@*t
But it’s not going to be immediately so I’m holding off a little longer. Not sure if it will go for or against me.
Totally screwed if it happens, just moved house too and spent majority of savings on the house!

Night owl I’ve told my mum, brother and Granny, and oh parents. Telling my best friend on Saturday because im supposed to be fitted for a bridesmaid dress which I’ll have to delay! I’m only telling people that I could handle telling if something goes wrong. Everyone else can wait!

Just found out last night my cousin is having a little girl, she’s a few weeks ahead of me and the first female great grandchild after 7 boys! So excited for her but also a little disappointed it’s not me having the first girl. Totally selfish I know but can’t help it.

Who is finding out sex and who is staying team yellow? We’ll be finding out.

Anyone having an early reassurance scan or anything?

I’m going to wait till 5 weeks then phone up for my midwife appointment, as we get them really quick in my nhs trust, and I’m going to book a scan for when I’m 8 weeks luckily where I am the women’s hospital does them for £50 and the money goes towards research into things like fertility and stuff

Time is just going to go soooooo slowly now!

Ive told my big boss, only so that there’s someone in the building who is aware in case something happens at work, they’ve got a duty of care. I’m going to tel my immediate boss when I get my scan letter through.
Will tell parents soon, then brothers and sisters just before he scan only because we are having a family get together so it’s ideal. Everyone else will be told after the scan.
I’m staying team yellow again! I was convinced I was having a boy last time and kept dreaming I had a boy. I’ve started dreaming again that I’ve had a boy which makes me wonder if it’ll be a girl again!

I think we’re definitely finding out the sex, I’d happily stay team yellow but my OH is determined to find out the sex! This is a bit TMI but I’ve had the smallest amount of dark-ish brown discharge this morning, so of course I immediately panicked and rang my midwife who assured me it was perfectly normal 🙈 Honestly I wish I could have a live in midwife to reassure me about every little thing XD Trying to stay positive though! She said it could possibly be from the implantation bleeding but I’m almost 6 weeks now so I thought it might be a bit late for implantation bleeding? Either that or a bit of irritation in the uterus....?

Brown usually implies it’s old blood rather then a fresh bleed so it could be stale implantation bleeding finally making its way out now if that makes sense! Is very likely nothing to be worried about anyway in fact I believe it’s quite common, Ha ha I wish I could have a live-in sonographer so I could have a scan everyday! think we are all just going to be so relieved to get to the 12 week scan aren’t we!

Im 6+2 with baby no.2 and im bursting out my jeans! Luckily i also kept all my maternity clothes from last time so think tomorrow im going to dig them out. I feel huge!

We are gonna find out the sex. I always thought I would want to have a surprise but actually I am too impatient and will want to buy specific things before the arrival. That said, I'm gonna paint the nursery yellow

I'm not sure it's lucky, it's still so early, i'm running out of loose clothes fast, if I can keep it hidden for this month i've got a week off and will be 10 weeks when I go back so I think that is my goal, I don't know how I managed to get to 12 weeks with my first, that was hard enough, it will be impossible this time. I'm not too bad at the beginning of the day but by the end of the day I am huge for 5 weeks. I might normally have a flat stomach but clearly I have no stomach muscles!
