Apricots

Hi,

I pureed some fresh apricots today to freeze down for Katy & a sharp one slipped through the net so the whole batch is really sharp. :roll:

Any ideas if I can mix this with something to make it more palatable or should I dump the lot!?!
 
I would probably use either baby rice, baby rice pudding so it becomes apricot rice pudding or even plain yoghurt would be great...makes my mouth water just thinking about it :shock:
 
apparently if you cook them with the skins on that makes them bitter, i learnt this the hard way i couldnt salvage mine i tried baby rice but he still screwed his face up.
 
Thanks for the suggestions, but they were just too sharp - if I couldn't take it I didn't think Katy would appreciate it!! :)
 
ah wat a shame bless her, wud have made fantastic picture ... but no too harsh isnt it.
