Apricots

Hi,

I pureed some fresh apricots today to freeze down for Katy & a sharp one slipped through the net so the whole batch is really sharp.

Any ideas if I can mix this with something to make it more palatable or should I dump the lot!?!

Baby rice is very bland, would that work?

I would probably use either baby rice, baby rice pudding so it becomes apricot rice pudding or even plain yoghurt would be great...makes my mouth water just thinking about it

apparently if you cook them with the skins on that makes them bitter, i learnt this the hard way i couldnt salvage mine i tried baby rice but he still screwed his face up.

Thanks for the suggestions, but they were just too sharp - if I couldn't take it I didn't think Katy would appreciate it!!
