Broccoli, apricots and pumkin seeds- yum!

Hi there,

my body has started sending out for odd foods! Last night I was lying in bed thinking "what I really fancy right now is some pumpkin seeds" then I thought- huh?! Then this morning all I could think of was dried apricots and broccoli (though not at the same time- yuck!), I haven't even had pumpkin seeds or apricots in the house since I was pregnant with Elliott! Last time the only consistent craving I had was for bananas (I was eating 5 or 6 a day, banana milksake, banana chips, dried banana etc in the 2nd tri!) although all the way through I had daily urges for certain odd things.

Anyone else thinking of odd foods? I think it might be B vitamins and Iron that my body wants right now- I'm a vegetarian so they tend to be the things I have to be careful to remember anyway so it would make sense.

I guess at least it's not chocolate- yet!

Mine has been sandwiches/toast and last two days ice cream. This is my first baby so wasn't sure what to expect but I do sit at work and suddenly have an urge for something but it's rubbish if its after lunch as there is nothing I can do about it!
 
for me its been sweet foods, i am gobbling chocolate, sweets! also loving fruit juice at the moment. i swear there's an old wives' tale for craving sweet food, hmmmm :think:
 
MINE HAS BEEN GREEN BEANS (OR GREEN VEGGIES!) WITH GRAVY ON THEM AND CORNETTOS! (NOT TOGETHER! LOL!!!!!!!)
 
Glad it's not just me then!

And I threw up this morning (and thought woohoo! How sad!) so it's really sinking in!
