Anyone not in the nesting mood just yet? although think my other half is hes painted a small baby room which is extended on our house an its a lovely turquiose he chose to paint it on his own bless him hes so motivated that room was all done yesterday an now the room at the back of that small room we have the big room and hes painted that a lovely lilac beautiful colour i was shocked to see how motivated he really is lol.

Do men get the nesting spirit? i didnt even moan to get the rooms done as one room wasnt going to be the babys room but eventually when the cot comes in an lil man needs it he will be in that room. Think were guna have carpets to aww i do lve me other half alot an im really happy but shocked at the same time .

Anyone else's other half in the spirit of doing rooms up etc.. just wonderd lol x

Im too tired to nest these days! I cant even be bothered to cook dinner tonight! I was really excited a few weeks ago and have baby's room mostly finished, didnt paint but I hung some cute pictures and bought curtains which OH put up.

I dont think he's nesting but he's feeling protective since the midwife said I should rest and he saw me faint. He's starting to do housework without being asked. AMAZING! He cleaned the bathroom the other day without me asking, and he dusted. He's gutted cos its dusty again today. Its just occured to him how often cleaning needs to be done! He told me to tell him to do stuff cos he doesnt know, but I feel really bossy, havent done any hoovering since friday and the house is looking rank so I might ask him to do it at some point this weekend.

Wish mu Oh would do some nesting - it takes him a week to carry a washing basket upstairs for me - so i just half fill them and take them up myself - i asked him on monday to help me tighten screws on cot as carpul tunnel means i can't - and yes still not done - hate to nag but feel he needs a real kick up the bum so i might have to start!

kick up the bum is definately in order!!! Think my OH is doing it cos he's scared Ill go on mat leave early if Im too tired and we'll be out of pocket!!

lol my other half has decided to have a break for abit now thank god although i liked him doing it but i think he warn himself out abit lol.
I was just wondering if men have the spirit because im not nesting because i cannot be bothered to do anything at the minute, i only done some of me hospital bag because i have to not because i want to lol. Im easily fed up of not doing anything but when it comes to acutally thinking bout doing something i feel knackered by just thinking about it lol x
