anyone tried this for cracked nipples???

its called lansinoh and it is brilliant, it takes a couple of days to work and is a bit expensive but well worth it

I saw this and thought it was a little expensive so bought kamillosan instead.... it contains lanolin the main ingredient thats in the lansinoh....

I have found that this works well for me.

I used the avent stuff and it was great

my nipples were very sore when i first started breastfeeding to a point where one was bleeding, but instead of using expensive creams i found vaseline worked really well and quickly

Have to say it didn't help me one bit
I had big bits of thick skin flapping off my nips, so I think a needle & thread would have been the only thing that would have helped, that & stopping breastfeeding (I opted for the latter!! )

Thing is though within a couple of days its cleared up anyway?
So it could be the cream but most probably just your nipples adjusting to BF.
