If it helps AMH is the egg quantity and FSH is the egg quality, I was told anything over 10 for FSH is bad, and with a result of 60 it would mean that IVf with your own eggs is not really an option, I am really sorry for this news I know it's not what you want to hear. I had a really low AMH but my FSH levels were 8 so deemed ok, even then my consultant told me I would not have a great chance with IVF, told him though I am now expecting my first in Feb.
Get as much info as you can though and maybe get a second opinion as consultants seem to vary on thier stories depending on there own experiences.
Best of luck on your journey, and there is the option of egg donation for you, I know this can be a hard subject and some ladies would not even consider this as an option, I suppose it all depends on you.
