anyone help?

so on sunday night Flynn started to really fuss and cry during his last feed, and he done the same for his last feed on monday and tuesday, with the odd bit of fussing during the daytime feeds. it completely put him out of his routine as he was taking less then normal from his feeds.

so last night he had an almighty dirty nappy, after not having one since sunday morning. he seemed fine, took his normal feed then a few extra oz too and managed to sleep like normal as well. took his normal morning feed and has now been fussing about again

OH thinks i should take him to the drs, but he's completely his normal self except with his feeds! we tried the next size up teats but the milk was just spilling out of his mouth and they made him sick up more than normal (which is never a lot) anybody got any ideas why he's started to be like this?

Can't really give advice but thought I'd bump for you

If he's normal in every other way then I wouldn't worry too much, and I'm pretty sure that like babies have growth spurts where they eat loads, sometimes they go the opposite way and just don't want to eat.

How much is it affecting his feeds Spice? Does he finish the feed? Is it too much, not enough?

Is he maybe overtired? I can't fees Brooke if she's tired, she'd rather sleep than eat! X

it was really affecting his feeds, he's only take 2/3oz when he'd normally take 6/8 he'd fall asleep then 15/20 mins later he'd wake up and take another 2/3oz, it would be a recurring cycle nearly all day long! he'd scream blue murder as well, which wasn't nice as he's always been really good since FFing!

i called the drs in the end, and spoke to a nurse who said it sounds like ora thrush. so hes been on the medication for just over 24hrs, and although he was behaving better yesterday anyway i'd rather give him the medication and hope it sorts it out quickly! and today he's been really good... well so far! only crying when he wants a feed and he's managed to take 6oz in one sitting hope it stays this way!
