Anyone had the same?

Did anyone else get cramps and spotting on the day their af was due? Currently experiencing this and it’s making me worry non stop 😞

I had a lot of cramping. No spotting, but I know a lot of women get spotting during implantation. Cramping is normal, so long as it's not severe xo

Thank you for the reply, I’m working over the slightest thing at the moment, the cramping isn’t bad and the spotting is almost like my body is trying to come on my period xx

I had this, slight spotting which I believe was implantation bleed, and period type cramps, kept feeling like my period was going to start. From what ive heard it seems to be normal! x
