Anyone gone off sick?

Has anyone else had to go off sick from work?

I gave in to the nausea and the tiredness on monday at 10 weeks and got a two week note from the doctor, and now I`m feeling guilty as i don`t feel ill all the time, only the second half of the day. So in the morning i`m quite comfortable and thats when i feel awful for not going in to work.

I did have a thought that maybe i feel more comfortable cos i`m resting properly.

I dunno, what do you think?

I have been signed off for the majority of my pregnancy hun and am not going back now as GP has signed me off until my maternity leave. Mine is due to coming off medication though and also because I had an unexplained bleed.

Dont feel guilty hun, its wretched when you feel poorly, use this time to chill out and enjoy having a break. The GP wouldnt have signed you off unless he thought you needed to be.

Don't feel quilty hun, I know I'm not pregnant anymore but when I was I was signed off work until I was 5 months pregnant because of sickness.

i went back until i was 36 weeks and then went on maternity leave.

Just rest and relax babes.

don't feel guilty use the time to catch up on everything you can't do because you feel so rough .
