anyone get a +ve only with a blood test?

sorry if you've read this in the other area! curious as AF has been missing for 9wks, lots of symptoms but all wee tests are -ve so docs are requesting a blood test now!

My period was missing last year & they asked me to have bloods done but came back negative so i was told i had to wait for her to show up

a blood test confirmed i was pregnant with my 1st, urine test didnt show it until 2 weeks after that

at the moment it's the worry of if i'm not pregnant wheres af? coz i've never missed one before - let alone 2!
