anyone fall pregnant whilst still breastfeeding?

Hi ladies. Just wondering if any of you have become pg during breastfeeding, and if so, did you notice any boob changes? Mine are the same as always, but a few days ago the milk ducts became quite swollen in my left boob. Not like blocked or engorged, just sore and knobbly... It's gone now, so I don't think it was anything to do with hormones, just a feeding thing. Otherwise they feel just like they normally do. With my first pregnancy I had really sore boobs, so I'm guessing I'm not pg. AF is due end of this week.

I did. But I don't really remember noticing any particular changes. I just knew AF wasn't coming. X
