Anyone experience with charting I need your help!

Guys, can you look at my chart and let me know what you think about this...

I thought i'd ov'd on day 25 as FF picked it up and put in my cross hairs. (I thought i had a +opk on day 25 too) My temp started to climb but then dropped down after 3 days and the cross hairs were taken off. It's stayed really low for another 3 days. So i obviously didn't actually ovulate.

My question is now do you think my body was just trying to ovulate but it didn't succeed and could there be a chance it could try to ov again this cycle or should i just wait for the witch?

Wondering whether to carry on doing more opks or is is a waste of time.

Hi timtam, Though I am no expert, I have a li'il experience - been charting for the past 3 cycles.

Your chart does look confusing right now. It looks like you ovulated on day 24. Did you take your temperatures on all these days at the same time and under the same conditions? Waking up to use the bathroom or drinking water a couple of hours before taking the temp. or even not sleeping enough the night before can make a huge difference.

On the other hand, though it is slightly early for an implantation dip it could be one of those!!

Do you have charts of your previous cycle so that we can compare and contrast?

Mostly I take my temp at around 7.30am.

On CD24 though I got woke up by dogs at 5am for wees but went back to sleep and then took my temp at normal time around 7.30am. FF originally predicted I ov'd ono CD 25 (same day as positive opk).

CD 28 (day before big drop) I had my OH Xmas party and i did have a few drinks that night. I read that after alcohol temps are supposed to rise afterwards though if anything, not drop.

I'm not really anywhere near an expert on charting but was doing it for about 5 or 6 cycles earlier in the year. Looking at yours now I don't actually think you have ovulated, your guess it more likely that your body tried to ovulate which is why you got the +ive OPK but didn't actually 'pop the egg'.

I'd keep charting this cycle and see what happens, have you been regular since coming off the pill?

I can see your September cycle from the links. You coverline temperature in September is 97.5, but most of your october temperatures are above this. So, I am pretty confused!! Sorry hunni, I am not of much use here... guess it requires some expert's help

Just counting myself out this month and waiting for the witch.
I've bought myself a fertility monitor to use next cycle along with charting.

Tinkerbell, I've been trying for 4 months but only had 3 cycles since coming off the pill, first cycle was 41 days and no ovulation, second cycle was 40 days with ovulation and this is my third cycle.
