Anyone ever had this?

I was out shopping yesterday and all of a sudden got this stitch like pain in the right hand side of my back, nothing makes it feel better. I have had it since yesterday afternoon and it hasn't gone away. I can ignore it but it is very uncomfortable.

Has anyone ever experienced this? If so how long did it last and is it anything to worry about?

Hi hun I have had this is my side and my mw says its ligament pain. I think its when I have stretch something too much. It goes after a while but sometimes can last up to 2 days. A warm flannel and lots of rubbing by the OH seems to ease it. xxx

Aww cool at least its nothing to worry about, he is currently in bed feeling worse for wear after going out lat night! I will be sure to get him to rub it better as soon as he is up! ha xx

I've had this too. It's most unpleasant, I use a wheat pack

I had this after we crashed the car on holiday. Pulled muscle/ligament. Chocolate, tears and lots of cuddles worked for me xxxxxxxxxx
