Evening ladies
Well after doing some research I have decided to start taking EPO, like RLT it is not meant to start labour but help soften your cervix in preparation. I am hoping to have a stretch and sweep next Wednesday when I will be 40+3 so I figure if nothing else it may help to prepare my cervix for this procedure.
I can't reach round my bump to insert the capsule internally so I am taking it orally but apparently it is recommended by a lot of midwifes so I am giving it a try, anybody else?
