Anyone else had to reintroduce cows milk to lactose intorent baby?? *update success

I have an open ended appointment with our dietician til December so am going to book in with her to discuss introduction. If there's something I can do to get him out of it I will, it's going to be heartbreaking to tell him he can't have cake/party foods when he's older unless I send him with a lunchbox!
