No hun I've not. I didn't have one with my first either. In fact.. I was that clueless the first time that I never even heard of one..

My mum will act as my doula 
. She's been at the birth of all my babies and will help out as much as I need her too for the first few days, though mainly with my older kids - school run, activities etc. There is my OH of course, but he is always very nervous when I'm in labour so it's nice to have someone supporting him too!

My mum is my doula! 
Altho she may not know it ha. Na we know dan has to go back to work straight away so she has offered to take some time off to help me
