Anybody else feel hormonal (pmt like) after stopping bf

    Just wondered if this was normal.... since i stopped bf i feel like i have constant pmt and sometimes feel like im about to come on..
    my skin is also changing & my hair is falling out like no tomorrow so can only think the hormones change .... ?

    Iv also found that since having kids my health is pretty pants and i seem to catch any bug,cold etc thats going ! i just hope it all settles down

    idk sorry im still bf, sorry ur feeling rubbish

    altho if it is the hormones slump after stopping bf then at least u should be back to normal soon re the catching colds etc

    Yes,I felt awful,a right cow,all I wanted to do was cry,I felt worthless,I was coping with PND as it was,I felt like I had taken a step back,such a funny feeling.My hair started coming out too,but I feel now that that has stopped. :hug:

    lol - you'll be one of those mums that were on that programme breast feeding their 8yr old!
