Any tips on how to get babies head engaged??

What can I do to help my babies head to engage?

I am due to have a membrane sweep on Thursday but the midwife won't do it if the head is not engaged..

I have been bouncing on my birthing ball but thats all I can think of...

Any other suggestions would be great!

i did loads and loads of walking to get my babies head engaged!!
it did work!!

I think walking is supposed to help.
