lately i'm starting to worry that it won't work. I have a fear release session at 37 weeks so am hoping that will get rid of this niggling worry. Can you tell me if you practiced faithfully everyday? I listen to my birthing affirmations cd everyday and have done for about 2 months. I know the cd off by heart almost and find myself saying the affirmations to myself from time to time.
However, I have not been practicing my relaxation a much as I should have. By the time I get to bed i'm too tired and asleep in minutes. This is worrying me. I finish work in 3 weeks and am planning to practice my relaxation in the morning times.
What experience did you have and were you practicing loads prior to the birth?
