I have just read about hypnobirthing - www.hypnobirthing.co.uk and am quite interested but wanted some balanced feedback from people who have heard of or experienced it. Obviously, their website will only tell you the good stuff. Does anyone have any feedback for me? Thanks, Alli

Don't know alot about it i'm afraid but just read a bit saying 'a natural painless birth' nice idea, but painless without drugs, I WISH!
I think if that was the case every women would be doing it, but hey, i've never tried it so can't say it doesn't work. A nice little earner for the people running the course tho.!

i used Just a TENS machine for labour i think its a gr8 idea but i know for deffinet if my labour had lasted for much longer id have been after every drug that the hospital had
