hi all, this is my second pregnancy and i was wondering what do i do to get anti-natal classes. i was never even told about them with my first pregnancy and think it was because i was so young, would like to feel more prepared this time round tho as labour seems a blur from last time. can anyone help? xxxxxxxx

ante natal classes aren't till you are at least 30 weeks ...When you see your m/w she will explain the procedure as it varies from area to area.

hope this helps

You can also try the NCT (National Childbirth Trust) I've signed up to do their private ante-natal classes as those who have done both them and the free NHS ones rave about how much better the NCT ones are. My classes cost me £120 and another £36 (I think?) in membership fees although membership is an optional extra. Worth looking into but book early spaces fill FAST and they only allow 10 per class.

You can order a few free magazines/information packs etc online too.
