Anti-d injection

So finally this miscarriage is over after 21 days of pain and bleeding. Still not sleeping great and way awake in bed last night thinking, should I have been given an anti-d injection? I had it after my ectopic. I hope this will not affect the future when trying for a baby.x

I didnt get an anti-D after my mc. I was told that as I was only 7 and a half weeks it wasnt necessary. Don't kniw when it is.

You don't need one with an early loss. Some doctors give them anyway just incase but others don't give for losses before 12 weeks. The baby doesn't have it's own blood system before 5 weeks so there really is no possibility of it being a danger before then. After that the blood volume is so small until about 12 weeks that it is highly unlikely to cause a problem. I looked into it quite a bit because I had a bleed in early pregnancy last time.
