i had anterior placenta with my first pregnancy and like you felt movement at 18 weeks and felt as if LO was kicking my cervix! (still makes me shudder). it didn't cause me any other problems and birth was fine - only 4 hours.
this time its high posterior and felt movement at the front from very early (14 weeks).
