Ante-natal class

Firstly - PF rocks! I didn't pick up anything I hadn't already found out - and in more detail - from here.

Secondly - I have to give birth.

I mean, I knew this, it isn't a total shock. And I'm sure it will be fine when it comes to it. But I knew it in a theoretical, kinda way.

Now - I have to give birth As in an actual baby has to make its actual way out of my body.

Yup i have the same concerns now!
I've started getting period type pains on an evening and its making me think oh sh*t this thing is gonna come out and its gonna bloody hurt!!!

I'm glad nothing was a huge shock for you, this place really does inform you without you realising it!

Just gotta keep telling ourselves if it was that bad women wouldnt keep doing it lol

I am feeling apprehensive about mine now, have to wait until next month. I've been doing really well with my denial about the birth too
