Got my breathing class tonight at 6 and I am strangley looking forward to it!
Had the tour of the birth unit etc the other day which was good, they showed us the nice bit ran by midwives for ladies having nice normal births and the clinical scary bit for people who might need epidurals and c sections etc.
Made me think that if baby stays head down and all looks well I might consider a water birth as they had some nice pools there. Either that or a birth ball as I feel comfortable on my knees rather than on my back If I can avoid needles and knives I will.
Anyway anyone had their breathing class yet? Is it fun or scary
