Oh, I forgot to temp this morning - day 1 of temping starts tomorrow now! Might put a reminder on my phone Did any of you guys get it done today? Saw a link for Fertility Friend and it looks quite good. Also got an app on my phone called 'Ovuview' which lets you track your temping, AF and OPK among other things.

Hi girlies.

Yesterday was CD9 and I have started to get faint OPK lines so hubby and I BD'd last night.

I wasn't feeling too hot though so it was more of a case of lots of touching and then him darting in at the last minute as I couldn't be doing with lots of jiggling about.

Still, a fun time was had.

In the mood for a proper go tonight. Might try every day for a while and see if we have better luck than we did with every other.

Depends what hubby thinks - but I can guess his preference. Lol!

But in answer to ur question about temping......I have no idea and ive never done it! Lol. Im a temping virgin im afraid so im no help to anyone!! Sowwwweeee hunny bun!


This month i am hoping to do the every other day method until CD9 inwhich I mither the OH every day then until about CD18.......I will be doin OPKS also in the 'everyday' period bbut not the CB ones as i get quite obsessed with the smiley face dude in the window.
I had two smily faces last month.
AND NOTHING!!! PAH AND HUMPF!

Ni night girlies.

We DTD a little while ago. Did my attractive bum on a pillow legs in the air trick for about 10 minutes, but (TMI warning) even in that position after a while it starts leaking. Fingers crossed enought little guys got in there.

I've still got a few days until Ov.

I also read something interesting today about a study that reckons you're most fertile AFTER ov and that most women conceive after it.

Kind the opposite to what gets said everywhere.

I think what we'll do is maybe do it a few days extra this month just in case.

Weird.... how can yer be more fertile after ov day if uve only got bout 12/24hrs after ov TO fertilize? I thawt the egg started disintigrating pretty much as soon as released?
Ahhh yer read so much conflicting stuff dontcha. Its super confuzzling!

Lol i always try n spin round dead quick trying not to tense any lower muscles and my feet say hello to the ceiling.....and then i often need to sneeze. DANGERRRR!!!
But yes there are those irritating trickles tht escape.... but ive found (another TMI alert!) that if he holds his 'wilbur' in for a few minutes longer after DTD theres not AS much....erm....seepage(?) lol.

I wouldn't say you're missing out Kezzi. It's an alright film but not top of the list for me.

I kind of class it in with Love Actually, Bridget Jones etc. and while I like those films they aren't in my favourites.

If you really love those then give 4w&aF a watch. But if you're not than fussed by them then they are much of the same thing.

I'm waiting to do an OPK. Not drank since 2:30 and not peed since 4pm. Trying I hold out until 7. Then I'll have a cranberry juice and cook some dinner.

I didnt know till this cycle tht ur not meant to OPK in the morning. I duno for wat reason tho.
But 'sigh' somet else ive been doin wrong!! Lol.
Also didnt know werent meant to take EPO after uve ovulated...only b4.

One day ill grow another brain cell. Every thing is so strict and rota-ish! Cant believe how some ppl just do it so easy peasy!

Still faint but darker than the last 2 days.

Fx it'll be nice and dark on Saturday some can have a fun weekend.

Just caught up on all that's been happening! Kezzi, I've not seen 4 weddings either - tried to watch it a couple of times but never got into it. Loved Love Actually and Bridget Jones (oops, nearly abbreviated that to BJ!).

I remembered to temp this morning - 35.75C/96.35F - thought this seemed cold but is apparently 'normal' enough. Have set an alarm to remind me at 659 am every morning. Sure OH will love this

I'm taking Pregnacare (3 for 2 in Sainsbury's) which has FA and other thingamebobs preg related. Was quite keen on taking EPO - does it really work?

I've got a 24 day cycle and even that seems to drag. Plus, since coming off the pill, I've been a PMS mentalist. Any advice on how to beat this?

I do this forum from my phone so can't see tickers, but all you talk of these weird ovaries is making me want to check online!! Hahaha.

I take pregnacare too, bought 3 months supply on 3 for 2 naively thinking that I'd probably have to take some back. nope. Just bought another 3 months worth yesterday.
Since January I started taking just a cheapie FA when we took our vitamins at night. Then in around June/July I got some Superdrug pre-natals. Then swapped to pregnacare the month before we properly started TTC.

I was taking cranberry as its meant to help sway for a girl. But it's also said to dry up your CM and now I've kind of realised I really don't have a gender preference. Whatever we have first I might try and sway the other way second time round.

But there's benefits to both genders being first really. We're having a big gap between our babies, so what will be will be.

I am taking Pregnacare also. I have been since around May. When hubby was booked to got his reversal the surgeon told us that it actually takes three months for the egg and sperms to mature so you can sort your vitamins 3-6 months before TTC to make sure they have all the nutrients they need. It also contains zinc which is like Red Bull for the little swimmers

Pregnacare have a range that take you all the way through past breastfeeding.

Also try Amazon. Much cheaper than the stores. I buy my First Response Early Test Strips there. £2.80 for 30 of them or something silly. Also bought two Clear Blue Digital Tests for £7.

Check it out when your not bonking! he he!

Ive gotten my cheapie OPKs and HPTs on eBay and also got some CB digis for about half price on there.

My FRERs I got on Bogof from Superdrug so they weren't too expensive.

Just hoping I get a chance to use a Digi soon. I'm not going to until I get a bfp on one of the other tests. I'm too cheap!

How's TTC going for you all this month? Hubby and I are 3 for 3 in this months DTD every day plan. We actually weren't planning on it last night but got carried away once we went to bed. Quite nice to do it without pre planning! Lol!

Not sure whether to leave it tonight and do it in the morning instead. Wait and see what happens I guess.
