In Dreams, I've got a girl who's on her actual due date and is giving us all hourly updates. No wonder we're all bonkers in this TTC gig!

Seems half my FB are pregnant. And most of them were surprises.

I won't be putting anything on FB until everyone that's important to me knows. And we won't be telling until as close to 20 weeks as I can push it.

Sucks doesn't it. I must admit though, I really would be tempted to make an announcement such as 'InDreams has just received the best early xmas present ever' and keep everyone guessing and then announce it when I am at least 3 months gone, possibly later.

In a way, I can't blame them. It just sucks when we are ttc and every other friend on the list is pregnant or just had one xx

I was takin pregnacare for 18mths but too expensive so doc sed folic acid tabs wud do until preg and then i will go back to the pregnacare then.
I like the taste of pregnacare. Im strange.

Ive also downgraded from digi CB OPKS now to just normal boots ones.

Ohhhhh BTW..... Since being utterly terrified after waiting in the labor ward for my SIL to give birth and hearing screams that will haunt me forever...... yesterday i spent mostly trying to overcome my new fear by watching births on youtube thinkin it wud help.......ladies.....

I have just had a little read through and I hope you don't mind me sticking my nose in?

Kezzipea, I notice that you have had a few CP's and M/c - can I be very naughty and ask if you've ever been referred to a specialist?

I have had 3 losses in 6 months and we've had to stop TTC (much to my absolute horror and sadness - I want to POAS !!) as my GP has referred me to recurrent M/c clinic

Any other ladies please feel free to add your thoughts.

Whilst we're not TTC we're still NTNP, although avoiding my fertile times.

Hey carnat welcome to our thread of randomness!

Yes i was refered to after my last MC in June this yr. I went back on the pill for 3 months and i have had and am currently having various blood tests n stuff.
The specialist meanwhile has told me to keep trying as he suspects my blood is too thick and has put moi on baby asprin.
Wat he didnt tell me (or anyone else) is that our cycles take a while to get back to norm after being on pill so now im just waiting waiting waiting.......
I had to have 3 (PROPER mcs as they called them) before they wud help me. So basically i knew i wud lose my last one at the same time agen.... but wudnt get help until id done so and cudnt do anything about it. which broke little me's heart
TBH the docs i had all around me have been very insensitive about everything and most of the time i just feel im annoying them!
I had alot of complications with last mmc inwhich the tablet (to help the baby out) didnt work so i had to have surgery which also didnt work and they punchured a nice little hole in my uterus wall instead.....
Which was fun.....
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo its pretty much all a piece of poo!!!

Thanks for your reply hun and sorry to hear you've had such a shit time of it.

One M/c is awful but to go through it time and time again is just soul destroying.

On the upside I know I can get preggers and my M/c's (touch wood) have occured naturally.

I am a bit older than most of you ladies (I am 31 and a half) so there is no way on this Earth I will go back to using contraception. I will go along to the appointment and see what they suggest though!

I feel so sad that TTC is off the agenda but I am hoping to get back to it properly in Jan (and also I can drink all my Bailey's over Xmas LOL!)

I feel the same.
It prob seems silly to anyone not going thru the same as us but just the relief to find ur not the only one feeling like this is enuf to not get too down.
And even wen we do get down we there for eachother.
My OH has noticed a difference in me since been on PF. He likes tht ive got other peeplings to rant/vent/moan with. Lol. Hes prob just glad its not him im takin it out on now!! Teehee.
