I was woken up at 5.30am today and took my bbt which was 36.65, as I was taking it I picked my 2 year old up to get into my bed so I took my temp again straight after, it was 36.59. I then went back to sleep and woke at 7.30 and took it again, it was 36.70. I'm not sure which one to go with. I usually take it between 6.40 and 7.10 roughly. I'm always awake in the night so never have a good solid sleep. Which one should I go with today?

Oh and I had a dream last night that the Dr had to do a test so dipped my wee and it came back positive, so I'm hoping that's a good sign! X

Normally I'd say don't count it if you have undergone any physical activity or movement, but as it's still your lowest temp, I'd take the first one. Probably won't make much difference. If you can count the earliest one with the longest amount of sleep before it then that's good. Don't sit up or lift things first though! If you are writing it on a hard copy chart then you can always write a question mark next to it. Fingers crossed...dream sounds good. x

Thank you, I now have a twitch in my eyelid... I only get that when really tired or pregnant so I'll see if I still have it tomorrow after a good sleep tonight! X
