Anomaly Scan pics

Everything was fine at our scan, baby was being uncooperative for most of it and wouldnt move so that the sonographer could check the nose and lips etc but we got there eventually. They didnt change my dates although the FL measured 1 day ahead and the head circumference and the BPD measurement were 8 days ahead.

Here are the photos, we didnt ask what the babys sex was, but, both me and OH think we seen that area so have an inkling of what it is.

I mean I am not too up on scans, but how are we meant to be able to tell from a profile shot if its a boy or girl or do we just guess. I would love to know what mine is but the OH says no way!!!

I'm the same as you lillyblue, I wanna find out but OH doesn't want to They way I'm thinking is it'll make the birth more exciting because as well as finally meeting your LO, you eventually find outn if you have a son or daughter!

I have now idea how to tell if it's a boy or a girl. i know it should probably be obvious but isn't the umbilical cord always going to look like a big willy??
