OK, here's the situation. AF was due Saturday, tried a test Sat pm and got a faint positive, repeated it Sunday and it was slightly darker but still fairly light. (Both Asda own brand tests)
Tried today with a clearblue test and it was negative.
Still no AF but have slight back pains.
So am I? Or was I? Or am I going mad?

was it a digital one, i have heard they are crap???

I would test again with the same brand - In your case the Asda brand.

In my personal experience the clearblue gave me a result before the own brand which was Tesco (pink lines) HPT but as I say that was my experience ...

I don't really know what to suggest just try to stay calm for now although I know it's easier said than done & see how the next few days are for you.

Thanks, will probably test again in a few days if nothing happens, but it is hard to keep calm and think about anything else!!

I know how you feel -

I really don't wish to add on what my own personal experience of this is as we are all different I really hope the ending is a happy one for you though

Hi I got straightaway a "preganant" with the digital they are the best to use as no squinting for faint lines etc.
Go for them and at least you will know for sure.

Digital can have it's plus side - In May I got a 'pregnant' on a digi before AF was due

Then you have the anxiety side - In June I didn't get one but had a + on normal HPTs .. It done my head in although both time I had an early MC .. Going on that I doubt I will use the digital again.

Let us know how you get on though won't you chick?

in my experience the digital one was fab (clearblue) but i didn't test til AF was due. Have you got any more symptoms yet?
