All pregnancies different?

I think I know the answer but I am assuming all pregnancies vary? My first I didn’t get hardly any symptoms, apart from some sickness if I hadn’t eaten and that was about 8weeks ish.

This pregnancy I found out at 4 weeks. Since 5+ weeks my boobs are killing me and I’m sooooooo tired !!!! I can’t remember this last time. Secretly hoping it means I’m carrying a girl as my last was a boy. Is it likely to vary on gender or just different due to pregnancies naturally varying.

Bring in a trimester 2 so hopefully it calms a bit !!

This is also my second pregnancy but I’ve got such different symptoms.

With my first I was bed bound with sickness, with this one it comes in waves and quickly goes away. I think as you said each time it’s different.
